ERFC IS BACK...SAFELY
This weekend, 5/6 September, Evesham RFC opens its doors again to start a new season. We are acutely aware of the challenges the club faces to keep members safe so we have put in place processes to ensure player, member and visitor safety.

We have taken guidance from

We have commissioned our own risk assessment

Based on this information we have
- Set up a one way system to enter and exit the club area
- Implemented a track and trace process
- Put up clear signage to guide and inform
- Put out cleaning products and set up a cleaning routine
- Set up a ball dipping system for regular disinfecting while training

However the biggest change has been the club house. We have decided to set up a temporary alternative club house in front of the main club house. This decision has been primarily driven by our relationship with Wizz Kids After School club. Its important for the club that we maintain this relationship so for the complete safety of the Wizz Kids staff and customers we felt it was important for us to keep all of our activity out of the club building for a short while.
The club will still be fully operational with bar, events, food service (from next weekend 12/13 sept) and space for teams to meet post training.
